Privacy Policy – Clean Trunstor Storage Cleaner

1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

This Privacy Policy applies to Clean Trunstor, a storage optimization and junk file cleaning application developed and operated by Clean Trunstor Studio (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). Clean Trunstor helps users scan cache files, residual uninstall data, temporary clutter and redundant files to free up device storage space.

By downloading, installing and using Clean Trunstor, you confirm you have read, understood and voluntarily accept all terms in this document. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using the app and uninstall it immediately.

This policy complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Android permission rules, GDPR, CCPA, COPPA and Brazil LGPD global data protection regulations.

2. Sensitive Permission Disclosure & Functional Justification

2.1 Necessity for full storage access

Android Scoped Storage and MediaStore limited access cannot traverse hidden app cache folders, leftover residual files and temporary files distributed across all directories. MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is the only viable solution to realize full-device junk scanning, and there is no alternative technical approach for core cleaning features.

2.2 Boundaries of file access behavior

• The app only reads file metadata including name, path, size and format for junk identification;
• We never parse, extract or analyze the internal content of your private media and documents;
• No files will be deleted automatically; every cleaning operation requires your manual confirmation;
• You can revoke All Files Access permission anytime in system settings, which will disable all scanning and cleaning functions.

3. Information We Collect

Clean Trunstor does not collect any personally identifiable information. We only gather fully anonymous technical data for app stability maintenance and compatibility optimization:

• Device model, Android OS version and Clean Trunstor app version;
• Anonymous Google Advertising ID (GAID), used solely for non-personalized advertisement delivery;
• De-identified crash logs and performance statistics to fix scanning failures and compatibility bugs;
• Aggregated anonymous usage metrics that cannot be traced to individual users or devices.

Data We Will Never Collect: Real name, phone number, financial information, identity documents, address book, real-time location, biometric data, private chat records and confidential personal materials.

4. Lawful Usage of Anonymous Data

• Optimize junk scanning efficiency and resolve runtime crashes on various Android devices;
• Improve file classification accuracy and overall user operation experience;
• Provide free non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob to sustain continuous app maintenance;
• Process user feedback and resolve reported functional defects;
• Fulfill Google Play audit and compliance disclosure requirements.

Clean Trunstor Studio will never sell, rent or trade anonymous technical data to third-party advertising agencies or data brokers for commercial profit.

5. Third-Party SDK Services

Clean Trunstor only integrates official secure Google SDKs. All transmitted data is fully anonymized without personal identifiers:

• Firebase Crashlytics: Collect anonymous crash diagnostic logs to improve app stability; unable to access your local private files without granted storage permission.
• Google AdMob: Deliver non-personalized public advertisements, only process anonymous GAID to control ad frequency without tracking user behaviors.
• Google Play Billing: Process optional ad-free premium purchases; all payment information is managed exclusively by Google LLC, and we never store payment credentials.

6. Data Storage & Automatic Deletion Rules

• Temporary scan cache and file index data will be cleared automatically after closing Clean Trunstor;
• Anonymous crash logs and usage statistics are stored on Google encrypted cloud servers for up to 12 months and permanently deleted after expiration;
• User support feedback records are retained for 90 calendar days for customer service processing and then fully purged;
• Local custom scan preferences are saved only on your device and erased once you clear app data or uninstall the app.

7. User Privacy Control Rights

• Turn off anonymous crash reporting and ad tracking in Android system privacy settings at any time;
• Clear local app cache and scan preferences via application management panel;
• Revoke storage sensitive permission to disable all core cleaning functions;
• Uninstall Clean Trunstor to erase all local app data and terminate anonymous data collection.

This app is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors under 13. Legal guardians can contact our privacy email to request complete deletion of minor-related records. We respect all data subject rights under GDPR, CCPA and LGPD.

8. Policy Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise this privacy policy to adapt to Google Play rule adjustments and updated global privacy legislation. Material changes affecting sensitive permission usage and data processing scope will be notified to users via in-app prompts at least 14 days in advance. Minor wording adjustments only refresh the update date without separate notification.

Your continued use of Clean Trunstor’s storage scanning and cleaning functions after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised privacy terms.
